It is possible to change country every 6 months. To do this, contact our Customer Care Team by writing to email@example.com and we will update your profile according to your needs. What happens when the 15-day free demo expires? / Should I request a cancellation at the end of the 15 days trial?
At the end of the 15 days, the demo activated via the site expires automatically, so you will not have to request any kind of cancellation. If you are interested in activating a subscription with Wyscout, you can do it yourself through our online configurator, or you can write us indicating your phone number. One of our sales representatives will contact you to support you in creating the offer that suits your needs.
What does my subscription include?
To find out what your subscription includes, we advise you to check the purchase invoices that Wyscout periodically sends to the email address indicated at the time of subscription. If something is not clear, please contact our Customer Care, to receive the support you need.

How do I renew my subscription?
Your monthly subscription will be renewed automatically every month – charging the cost on the credit card provided at the time of subscription. To renew an annual subscription, please contact the sales representative of your area, approximately one month before the subscription expires.
What are the accepted payment methods for online purchases?
In case of online purchase the only form of payment accepted is the credit card, transfer is accepted only for half-yearly/annual payments, in which case please contact our Sales Team.
A player’s profile is incomplete or incorrect, how can I change it?
Player information can not be changed independently on the platform. If you notice any inaccuracies or shortcomings, please contact our Customer Care Team who will do the verifications needed.
How do I delete a player from my portfolio?
In order to delete a player from your portfolio, simply access the Platform, click on the central icon of the app and select “Agent”. The page of your player portfolio will open: next to each player you will find a column with three […] clickable dots. Select “Delete” to delete the player from your portfolio.
How do I change the language of the platform?
To change the language you need to access the platform, click on your name at the top right and then on “Settings”. The panel with personal information will open and you can change the language of the platform.
