Wyscout is looking for a football fanatic with sales skills to join a new international team as a Telecoverage Representative. Reporting to the Contact Center Manager, the Telecoverage team will be involved in activities of Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction. The activities will also include the support to our Customer Care and Direct Sale team.
Work on Active Customers through Customer Satisfaction Survey, Retention Activities, Training on old and new features of the Product
Promote new product or services to Wyscout Active Customers
Workshop/Event guests recall
Hard & Soft skills
Proven Football Industry knowledge and passion
Passion for technology and communication tools
Fluent knowledge (mother tongue) of at least one of the following languages:
German, Spanish or French
Knowledge of an additional language would be a plus
Active listening skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Energy, determination and motivation
Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
